About this property

Nearly half an acre of privacy, mature landscaping and resort-style outdoor living set the stage for this extensively remodeled custom home in guard-gated Quail Ridge Estates. The current homeowner undertook a comprehensive renovation to modernize the residence while preserving the scale, character and presence that make this established custom estate so special. Offering 4,325 square feet, 5 bedrooms plus a den, 4 baths and a 3-car garage, the transformation is evident from the moment you enter through dramatic wrought-iron and glass doors. Wide-plank flooring, a sleek glass-and-metal staircase, contemporary lighting and updated finishes create a fresh, sophisticated feel throughout. The open kitchen and great room are designed for everyday living and entertaining, featuring crisp white cabinetry, expansive stone-topped islands, professional-style stainless appliances, statement range hood, generous seating and a stylish wet bar. Large windows and a new rear slider connect the interior to the impressive backyard. Upstairs, the oversized primary retreat offers a sitting area, fireplace, dual closets and a substantial covered balcony overlooking the grounds. The remodeled primary bath features a freestanding soaking tub, dual vanities and spacious glass-enclosed shower. Outside, an extensive backyard transformation creates a private resort with a putting green, sports court, heated pool and raised spa with new pool equipment, paver decking, outdoor kitchen/BBQ, lush lawn and mature trees. Major improvements continue with two new AC units, new garage doors and openers, and a newer water heater. Set on approximately 21,344 square feet, the homesite offers exceptional privacy and versatility. Best of all, the property is offered fully furnished, providing an opportunity to enjoy this remarkable home from day one. Quail Ridge Estates completes the lifestyle with guard-gated security, clubhouse and tennis courts.
