I'm Rick Sparrow — but everyone calls me Sparrow. I'm a Managing Broker at Galindo Group Real Estate in Las Vegas, Nevada, and real estate is more than a career to me. It's how I serve my community.

I spent 15 years in the dark — battling addiction, in and out of jail, living a life I wasn't proud of. But by the grace of God, I found my way out. Today, I'm 14 years sober, and that journey is the foundation of everything I do.

Sobriety taught me discipline. Faith gave me purpose. And real estate gave me the vehicle to turn that purpose into impact. Every morning, I'm in the gym before 5 AM. Every day, I'm working to build a life that my wife deserves — stress-free, fulfilling, and full of joy.

I've been in leadership roles since I was 13 years old. I'm a planner — I don't move without a strategy and contingencies. And I'm an empath — I feel what my clients feel, which means I fight for them like family.
